Who are we?

The Bahá’í Training Institute of Quebec is a non-profit organization operating under the guidance of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of Canada that offers educational activities and training for children, youth and adults. Its efforts are deployed in a perspective of community development at the grassroots, and aims for the moral, spiritual and social development in neighborhoods, communities and municipalities of Quebec.

The main activities of the Bahá’í Training Institute of Quebec are children’s classes, programs for junior youth (between 11 and 15 years old), and training for youth and adults. These activities, which are based on the teachings of the Bahá’í faith, are open to people of all backgrounds and beliefs. They were developed over many years through educational experiences from all over the world, and use primarily a curriculum developed by an affiliated organization: the Ruhi Institute.

Since they are initiated and facilitated by volunteers, all the activities of the Bahá’í Training Institute of Quebec are free of charge. The costs associated to purchasing or copying the materials to be studied may sometimes be requested.
